We have breaking news of A tragic accident occurred on October 12 in Dallas, Texas, when 29-year-old Jose Benitez was fatally struck by a white SUV while crossing W. Davis Street in the Bishop Arts District around 10:30 p.m. Police said the driver, a 29-year-old man, fled the scene on foot after the crash but was found about an hour later and taken into custody. Benitez was pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
