29-year-Old Eduardo Torres Arrested In San Luis Obispo, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 11 in San Luis Obispo, California. A 23-year-old bicyclist sadly died after being struck by a hit-and-run driver, Eduardo Torres, at the intersection of South Higuera Street and Prado Road. The first driver, 29-year-old Eduardo Torres, allegedly fled the scene after the collision. The second motorist remained at the scene. Torres was later found at a nearby residence and arrested on charges of felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
