A tragic accident occurred on Feb. 23 in Lake Balboa, when 29-year-old Daisy Reyes was killed in a pedestrian accident at Balboa Boulevard and Saticoy Street. She was pronounced dead at 6:10 a.m. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
