Motorcyclist dies after collision with turning vehicle at intersection

A tragic accident occurred on April 21 in Thermal, California, when 29-year-old Salvador Torres Garcia was killed in a motorcycle crash at 59th Avenue and Pierce Street. Authorities said a Subaru sedan turned left into the path of Garcia’s northbound motorcycle, causing a collision. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was not injured.
