A tragic accident occurred on September 16 in Palm Springs, California, when 29-year-old Raymond Olguin Jr. was struck by a vehicle near San Rafael Drive and Avenida Caballeros at about 9 p.m. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders. Police have launched an investigation into the incident to determine the cause. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
