A tragic accident occurred on February 7 in Yolo County, California, when 29-year-old Naipoo Saechao Jr. of Sacramento County was killed after being struck by a Dodge truck on County Road 99W north of County Road 12 around 8:40 p.m. The driver remained at the scene. Authorities do not suspect drugs or alcohol, and the investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
