Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Hit-and-Run on I-5 Ramp

A tragic accident occurred on June 20 in San Diego when 29-year-old Doohyuk Chang was struck and killed while walking along the Hawthorn Street transition ramp from northbound I-5. One driver fled the scene and remains at large, according to CHP. Additional vehicles were involved. Authorities are investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
