A tragic accident occurred on July 8 in San Bernardino, California, when 29-year-old Brando Torres was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a crash on the eastbound Interstate 10 Freeway near the South Waterman Avenue off-ramp. Authorities said Torres died from injuries suffered in the collision. The number of vehicles involved has not been confirmed. The investigation remains ongoing.
