Bicycle accident at Southeast 15th Street

Tragic accident that occurred on March 1 in Dell City, Oklahoma. An arrest warrant has been issued against 28-year-old Kylie Putman after she hit a child riding a bicycle near Southeast 15th Street and South Bryant Avenue. Investigators believe that Putman had been smoking marijuana and was possibly texting when the incident took place. The unidentified victim remains hospitalized.
