The driver of the Honda did not perish. The driver of the Honda Accord, Jugjeet Muhar, of Clovis, was the only surviving person involved in this accident, which was caused by the driver of the Hyundai crossing into the opposing lane and inexplicably causing the deaths of nearly all involved and the only person that has any legal recourse is Muhar, who should be suing everybody that so much as mentions this accident of which he is a victim and in all likelihood will suffer from the physical and mental affects of this collision for the rest of his hopefully long and healthy life. Get your facts right, unless you're also interested in becoming a defendant in the legal reciprocity sure to follow such senseless loss of life caused entirely by the driver and occupants of the Hyundai.
