According to reports, 39-year-old Towanda Ofield, was chasing another vehicle when she struck the Dunn's vehicle head on. Sadly, all three occupants in the Dunn's vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation. A GoFundMe has been set up to help the victims survivors.
