28-Year-Old Christian Elliot Killed In DeKalb, IL Accident

Motorcycle wreck along S. Malta Road

Tragic accident that occurred on April 19th in DeKalb, Illinois  28-year-old Christian Elliot was fatally injured when his motorcycle was hit head-on by a Cadillac sedan at S. Malta and University roads. Deputies reported a Cadillac was traveling west and attempted to turn left when it collided head-on with Elliot's motorcycle. Elliot was taken to Northwestern Kishwaukee Hospital for treatment but sadly later died. The Cadillac driver was cited for failing to yield while turning left. The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
