Tragic accident that occurred on October 31 in Bloomington, Illinois. 28-year-old Chelsea Marshall lost her life in a multiple-vehicle crash along Veterans Parkway when a collision occurred with another car and a pickup truck. Marshall was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
