28-Year-Old Chibeza Nyirenda Jr. Killed in Riverside, CA Accident

Struck by RTA bus near downtown

A tragic accident occurred on November 12 in Riverside, California, when 28-year-old Chibeza Nyirenda Jr. was struck by a Riverside Transit Agency bus near Chicago Avenue and 12th Street. Nyirenda was taken to Riverside Community Hospital, where he died. Authorities said the bus was on its scheduled route. The Major Accident Investigation Team is examining the crash.
