27-Year-Old Phillip Villafana Killed in Santa Ana, CA Accident

Pedestrian struck by suspected DUI driver at car wash

A tragic accident occurred on January 27 in Santa Ana, California, when 27-year-old Phillip Michael Villafana of Long Beach was struck and killed by a vehicle at 117 N. Euclid Street near an Orange Coin Car Wash. Villafana was trapped under the car and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
