The Georgia State patrol reported that Mr. Mann parked on the grass near the overpass for Highway 54 and entered the northbound lanes where he was hit by the vehicles. Mr. Mann sadly died from injuries sustained in the crash. The accident remains under investigation by the Georgia State patrol.
