Man hurt in crash involving driver accused of running stop sign

A tragic accident occurred on June 12 in Kittitas County, Washington, when 27-year-old Justus Torres was driving a sedan that collided with an SUV at the junction of Teanaway Road and State Route 970. Authorities said the crash happened after the SUV driver allegedly ran a stop sign. Torres was transported to a hospital for treatment of his injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
