26-Year-Old Hannah Rapp Killed in Brazos County, TX Accident

Cyclist dies after being struck by reversing vehicle; suspect arrested

A tragic accident occurred on July 18 in Brazos County, Texas, when 26-year-old Hannah Rapp was struck by a vehicle while cycling on FM 159. Authorities said the driver stopped, reversed and struck Rapp. She was taken to a hospital, where she later died. A 31-year-old man was arrested and charged with manslaughter. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
