25-Year-Old Morgan Hewlett Injured In Franklin, IL Accident

Single-car crash on Illinois State Route 149

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, February 7th in Franklin, Illinois. 25-year-old Morgan P. Hewlett was injured when the vehicle she was a passenger in was involved in a single-car crash on Illinois State Route 149. The Illinois State Police reported that 27-year-old Travis Minton, was southbound at St. Louis Lane when he lost control of his Hyundai. The vehicle left the roadway and overturned. Ms. Hewlett, as well as Minton, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to an area hospital. No further information was immediately released.
