Woman dies after semi-truck collision on Talley Road

A tragic accident occurred on June 5 in Bexar County, Texas, when 25-year-old Katelyn Elizabeth Carreno was involved in a collision between a sedan and a tractor-trailer in the 2000 block of Talley Road. Authorities said Carreno was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Two other people were also injured. The investigation is ongoing.
