A tragic accident occurred on February 3 in El Paso, Texas, when 25-year-old Jesus Chico Jr. was killed in a wrong-way collision on Interstate 10 near Mesa Street. Chico was driving a Honda Civic when a female driver traveling the wrong direction struck his vehicle head-on. The female driver and two others were injured.
