25-Year-Old Cynthia Phillips Injured in Kittitas County, WA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on January 5 in Kittitas County, Washington, when 25-year-old Cynthia T. Phillips was seriously injured in a single-vehicle rollover on westbound Interstate 82 near milepost 17. Phillips was hospitalized at MultiCare Yakima Memorial. One of them was Sterling J. Leonard, 24, who was also injured in the crash. Authorities said speed too fast for conditions contributed. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
