A tragic accident occurred on April 25 in Edinburg, Texas, when 25-year-old Andrew Rodriguez allegedly lost control while speeding and turning, causing a passenger to be ejected from a pickup. Authorities said the woman suffered critical injuries and was hospitalized. Rodriguez was arrested and charged with intoxication assault. The investigation is ongoing.
