A tragic accident occurred on October 6 in Madera, California, when 25-year-old Sebastian Reyna was struck and killed while helping an injured dog. The crash happened just after 7 p.m. near Yosemite and Elm Avenues. One of them was 57-year-old Paulino Vasquez, who was arrested for DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
