A tragic accident occurred on September 4 in Lake Elsinore, California, when 25-year-old Edgar Orozco Martinez of Menifee was killed in a pedestrian crash. Around 11 a.m., a southbound vehicle lost control, hit a parked car, and then struck Martinez as he walked along Via De La Valle near Plaza Valenza. He died at the scene. The driver remained at the site. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
