Tragic accident that occurred on May 5th in Onondaga, New York. 24-year-old Luis Berrios was seriously injured after being struck by white SUV on the 100 block of Meredith Avenue. Berrios was walking when they were struck from behind by a white SUV. The SUV fled the scene. Luis Berrios is in critical condition after being rushed to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
