24-Year-Old Javier Rios Killed in Jurupa Valley, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on July 5 in Jurupa Valley, California, when 24-year-old Javier Rios was killed in a suspected DUI crash. The incident happened around 2:50 a.m. when a van with several unrestrained passengers crashed with another vehicle. Rios died at the scene. One of them was Sabrina De Lara. The van’s driver was arrested for gross vehicular manslaughter. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
