According to the California Highway Patrol, Lorenzo drove through a closed construction zone before striking a worker, sending the victim off an overpass onto Stockton Boulevard. The worker died from their injuries. Lorenzo faces vehicular manslaughter, DUI and felony hit-and-run charges.
