Wade was operating a 2005 Lexus RX330 westbound when he hit a female pedestrian who was tragically declared deceased at the scene. Gagliano left the scene but was apprehended by authorities soon after the crash. Police determined he was intoxicated and charged him with leaving the scene of an incident resulting in death and DWI.
