Struck during car meetup on North Loop East

A tragic accident occurred on July 6 in Houston, Texas, when 23-year-old Oscar Garcia was struck and killed during a car meetup. Around 12:05 a.m., Garcia was filming in a parking lot on North Loop East when he was hit by a Dodge Charger. The driver, Chaizon Myson Young, fled the scene. Garcia died at the scene.
