23-Year-Old John Ybanez Jr. Killed In Beeville TX

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, January 8 at around 9:44 PM in Beeville, Texas. 23-year-old John Ybanez Jr. was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle. The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that a vehicle attempted to pass a semi trailer in a passing zone when the car struck a pedestrian in the road.  Sadly John Junior was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
