A tragic accident occurred on August 17 in Los Angeles, California, when 23-year-old Mark Cooper was killed in a hit-and-run accident. According to police, Cooper and another pedestrian were struck by a light-colored sedan around 10:55 p.m. on Western Avenue at 56th Street. The driver fled the scene.
