A tragic accident occurred on September 3 in San Diego, California, when 23-year-old Francisco Gezaid Rodriguez Nunez was killed in a workplace accident. Authorities said Nunez was working at a site in the 16000 block of Sunny Summit Drive when he stepped off a concrete truck and was struck by a towed dump truck. He was rushed to Palomar Medical Center but died from his injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
