23-Year-Old Eva Lerner Arrested in Mountain View, CA Accident

Driver charged after striking pedestrian

A tragic accident occurred on August 31 in Mountain View, California, when 23-year-old Eva Lerner of San Francisco struck a 64-year-old pedestrian near West El Camino Real and Miramonte Avenue around 9:47 p.m. Authorities said Lerner was allegedly impaired and was arrested for DUI causing injury. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim and his family.
