Passenger dies after Acura crashes into traffic light on Tampa Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on March 8 in Porter Ranch, California, when 22-year-old Rafael Ramirez of Canoga Park was killed as a passenger in a gray 2015 Acura that crashed into a traffic light on Tampa Avenue near Tunney Street around 10 a.m. Authorities said the vehicle was speeding when the driver lost control. Two other people in the vehicle were injured. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
