22-Year-Old Serlo Alleyne Killed in Phelan, CA Accident

The fatal accident occurred on Sheep Creek Road off-ramp Tuesday

A tragic accident occurred on February 10 in Phelan, California, when 22-year-old Serlo E. Alleyne was killed after being struck by a white 2020 Ford Fusion in the westbound lanes of State Route 138 just west of the Sheep Creek Road off-ramp shortly after 8 p.m. Alleyne was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
