A tragic accident occurred on May 11 in Santa Rosa, California, when a man in a wheelchair was struck and killed by a pickup truck on Clover Drive. Authorities said 21-year-old Isreal Ramirez Sanchez allegedly fled the scene after the collision but was later located and arrested on felony hit-and-run charges resulting in death.
