20-Year-Old Timothy Hurney Killed In Horry, SC Accident

Fatal motorcycle accident on Holmestown Road

Tragic accident that occurred on  Saturday, January 30 at around 12:15 PM In Horry, South Carolina. 20-year-old Timothy Hurney was tragically killed in a vehicle vs. motorcycle collision on Holmestown Road. Mr. Hurney was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle eastbound when he collided with a Volkswagen Passat that was turning onto Edinborough Drive. Sadly, Mr. Hurney was pronounced dead. The diver of the VW was injured and transported to an area hospital for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
