20-Year-Old Makieya Smith Killed In Greensboro, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday July 3rd, in Greensboro, North Carolina. 20-year-old Makieya Rae Smith was tragically killed when the vehicle she was a passenger in was involved in a one-vehicle accident on South Spring Street. Ms. Smith was a passenger in a Mercedes-Benz driven by Brianna Moore, when, for unknown reasons, the Mercedes crossed center lines and went off the roadway. The vehicle then contacted a Guilford County school building. Ms. Smith tragically was pronounced deceased at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
