20-Year-Old Krisandra Gillis Killed In Dunseith, ND Accident

The accident remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, December 31 in Dunseith North Dakota. 20-year-old Krisandra Gillis was sadly killed after the car that she was traveling in lost control and crashed under cloudy and foggy conditions. The driver of the vehicle 20-year-old Colby Nadeau was traveling eastbound on 101st St. when his Chevy Malibu went into a counterclockwise skid. The North Dakota Highway Patrol reported that the car crossed into the westbound lane of traffic and entered a ditch ,striking a tree. Sadly Gillis was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The accident is under investigation by the highway patrol. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
