A tragic accident occurred on July 11 in Clallam County, Washington, when 20-year-old James Franklin was a passenger in a Ford Ranger traveling on State Route 112. Authorities said the driver lost control while attempting to pass another vehicle, causing the pickup to roll over. Franklin was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation remains ongoing.
