20-Year-Old Emmanuel Meza Rabelo Arrested in Clint, TX Accident

DWI suspect charged after striking two pedestrians

A tragic accident occurred on August 8 in Clint, Texas, when 20-year-old Emmanuel Meza Rabelo allegedly struck two pedestrians while driving intoxicated. According to the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Rabelo was driving the wrong way on a one-way street before striking the pedestrians leaving a local festival. Both suffered minor injuries. Rabelo also sustained minor injuries and was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a DWI charge. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families.
