20-Year-Old Alexis Lewis Injured In St. Joseph, MO Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on July 29th in  St. Joseph, Missouri. 20-year-old Alexis D. Lewis was seriously injured when her vehicle was struck head-on by a pickup truck on Route A. Lewis was operating a Ford Fiesta that was allegedly hit by a northbound Chevy 3500 pickup truck that crossed the centerline into the southbound lane. Lewis was taken to Ku Medical Center for treatment of her injuries. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
