Four people were killed and two others were hurt in a multi-car crash caused by a wrong-way driver at the Chester County/York County line. 19-year-old Thomas Grant was identified as one of the victims thrown from the vehicle. Firefighters said a wrong-way driver caused the crash that happened on Interstate 77. The wrong way driver completely ran over one of the vehicles, went over the top of it and it sheared away all the roof and the doors.
