19-Year-Old Kayla Rodriguez Killed In Oroville, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, February 11 at around 5 PM in Oroville, California. 19-year-old Kayla Rodriguez was tragically killed when the vehicle she was a passenger in was involved  in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 70. Ms. Rodriguez was traveling in a 2008 Pontiac, driven by 21-year-old Raul Leal, when for unknown reasons he crossed the centerline and collided with a southbound Chevy. Both Ms. Rodriguez and the driver were ejected from the vehicle and tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The occupants of the Chevy, identified as a 48-year-old Timothy Parsons, and 33-year-old Ashley Parsons, suffered minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
