A tragic accident occurred on April 25 in Encino, California, when 19-year-old Chaz Castillo was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the 101 Freeway near White Oak Avenue. Authorities said a stalled vehicle was rear-ended, triggering a chain-reaction collision. Castillo, who was outside his vehicle, was struck and died from his injuries.
