A tragic accident occurred on August 23 in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, when 19-year-old Abraham Misael Hernandez was struck and killed by a vehicle near the intersection of Tonto and Broken Arrow. The crash happened just before 2 a.m. Hernandez, a local resident, died at the scene. Authorities arrested a 27-year-old Austin man on charges of intoxication manslaughter.
