19-Year-Old Peter Turner Ratcliffe Killed in San Diego, CA Accident

Motorcycle hit-and-run crash on Carroll Canyon Road

A tragic accident occurred on June 15 in San Diego, California, when 19-year-old Peter Turner Ratcliffe was killed in a hit-and-run collision while riding a Honda motorcycle in the 10000 block of Carroll Canyon Road in the Scripps Ranch area at about 2 a.m. Authorities said the other vehicle involved fled the scene. Ratcliffe was pronounced dead at the scene. San Diego police are investigating the incident. We send thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
