A tragic accident occurred on January 11 in Sylmar, California, when 19-year-old Angie Rios was killed in a crash involving a semi-truck and a Tesla on the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway near the Polk Street off-ramp shortly after 5 a.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
