18-Year-Old Juan Morales Killed In Ventura, CA Accident

Accident on Highway 101

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, December 18 in Ventura, California. 18-year-old Juan Morales was tragically killed in a wrong way collision on Highway 101. The victim was heading home when he was involved in a wreck with a Honda Accord driven by 29-year-old Jesus Calles. The Honda was traveling southbound in the northbound lane when the head on crash occurred. The victim tragically died due to injuries sustained in the wreck. Calles was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter. The crash remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to please contact the CHP at 805-662-2640.
